Meet KudiAI Track: money management for traders, small businesses and cooperatives
· 4 min read
In markets, shops and cooperatives across Nigeria, many businesses still record their day in a notebook — or not at all. That makes it hard to know true profit, chase the money customers owe, keep stock under control, run savings for customers without disputes, or show a bank what the business can do.
We built KudiAI Track to change that. It turns a trader's phone into a business manager, a savings bank for their customers and a payments terminal — and the trader can talk to it in their own language.
Talk your money. Track your profit. Grow your business.
Four things in one app
1. Business books that keep themselves
Record sales and expenses in seconds and see today's profit the moment you open the app. Revenue, cost of goods, gross and net profit are worked out from your records, and every figure can be traced back to the transactions behind it. Alongside that:
- Credit tracker — who owes you, flat or percentage interest, part-payments, due-date reminders and statements.
- Inventory — products, cost prices and a daily low-stock alert before your best sellers run out.
- Invoices and receipts — branded invoices sent as a PDF or on WhatsApp, and receipts with a reference anyone can verify.
- Reports — sales, credit, Ajo, bills, staff and stock reports, exported as PDF or CSV.
2. Ajo and Esusu savings, run like a bank
Collectors manage personal savings and group rotations digitally. Registration fees, commission, withdrawals and payouts are calculated and reconciled for them — and payouts can never exceed what was collected. Every saver gets their own client portal to follow their savings card, see each contribution, check their payout date and request withdrawals.
Cooperatives and associations get an organisation portal for members, savings programmes, loans and officer approvals, with group chat, polls and events. Friends and colleagues can even run their own Esusu circles without a collector. (New to running a group? Read how to run an esusu or ajo group without disputes.)
3. A wallet for moving money
Business owners, staff and savers each get a dedicated virtual account. Receive customer payments by bank transfer, send money to any Nigerian bank, and pay for airtime, data, electricity, cable TV and exam PINs — with reward points, cashback and coupons applied automatically. Limits grow as you verify your identity.
4. AI in your language
Speak a sale instead of typing it — "I sell two bag of rice, ninety-six thousand" — in English, Pidgin, Yoruba, Igbo or Hausa. The AI turns it into a record for you to confirm. Ask the assistant how your week went or who owes you, get stock-out and cash-flow warnings, and listen to a daily voice brief of yesterday's results and today's to-dos.
Built for the way Nigerian businesses work
- Phone first, and offline-ready. Records are saved on the phone and synced when data returns. It runs as an Android app and on the web.
- Your team, with the right access. Invite managers and staff with their own login. Each sees only their branch and records, with shift cash reconciliation and an audit trail for the owner.
- Built to be trusted with money. A transaction PIN on every money action, BVN and NIN verification through licensed providers, and a ledger where every movement carries a unique reference and is reconciled daily.
Who it is for
- Market traders and shops recording sales by voice and keeping stock and credit under control.
- Ajo and Esusu collectors collecting without cash risk or disputes.
- Cooperatives and associations managing members, savings and loans.
- Staff and branch managers with scoped access to sales, stock and records.
- Savers who want to see every naira they have put in.
