Impact

Impact you can verify

We publish only what we can evidence. Every figure on this page carries the date it was measured and where it came from.

Our approach

How we think about impact

  • Measure what is real

Every figure we publish has a date and a source. If we cannot evidence a number, we do not publish it.
  • Build for the long run

We design tools that businesses and programme beneficiaries can keep using after a project or funding cycle ends.
  • Report honestly

For development partners we report participation and outcomes as they are, including what did not work.

Our rule

How a figure reaches this page

Four steps, every time. A number that cannot pass all four is not published.
  1. Step 1

    Measure

We take the figure from product records or programme data.

  2. Step 2

    Date it

Every figure carries the date it was measured, so it never goes stale silently.

  3. Step 3

    Cite the source

Each one says where it came from, so it can be checked.

  4. Step 4

    Publish

Only then does it appear here. If we cannot evidence it, we leave it out.

Metrics

Impact metrics

Metrics will appear here once verified

We are building our measurement baseline. Figures will be published with the date they were measured and their source — not before.

Case studies

Success stories

Case studies are published with client sign-off

We only publish a client's story once they have approved the exact text. The first case studies will appear here as they are signed off.

In their words

Testimonials

In our clients' own words — soon

Every testimonial we publish is from a named person who has given written consent. None are paraphrased or anonymised.
